Investor in NY
Hi everyone I'm new to this forum. I'm looking for deals in NY. If anyone has anything I have been at it for some time. Also open to to investing in other markets down the line. But NY i know and have experience in (20 years plus). Also if anyone has some experience in buying/flipping i am open to lending private money for your deal if its a good deal. Also, I'm pretty good at finding owners that are very hard to find so if you have an abandoned property somewhere you did driving for dollars and can'tfind them i maybe able to help you for jv opportunity. Have a private investigator on staff. Good luck all but mainly im looking to buy in NY.... counties include queens, bronx, kings (brooklyn), nassau and suffolk counties. Thanks. 917-575-5520
