Im 17 and need a partner to sign contracts

I've been getting into wholesaling and I recently got a contract from a seller I just couldn't legally sign it because i'm 17. I tried asking the few people I know over 18 to sign for me but no one wanted to. Does anyone know how I could go about this, I'm open to doing JV deals wile having a partner signing everything for me but other then that I dont know a solution for this.
