I just called a realtor in Clombus

Hey everyone i know we like to stick to off market deals. But i called a realtor that had a multi family and we just started talking. Come to find he has a probate attorney that sends him probate house all the time. And he can't keep up with all of them.

He's going to send some to me to look at.

For me i have a hard time calling off market. When i call a realtor about a property it helps me get over the fear of calling off market.

Make connectiong and be real with ppl be your self.
