How we closed a $38k assignment deal using X leads. (not the traditional way 🤫)

So most people use Xleads & pull list to call to market to. But if you look it’s also a market place to post your off market deals. I do a lot of JV so I searched the deals that were available in my market ( PHILLY, PA ). The Xleads user who had the deal locked up couldn’t find a buyer so I asked if I could be of assistance. At first he wasn’t interested. But then came back a couple days later realizing he wasn’t able to sell the deal as easy as he thought. Then he gave me a chance!!

I was able to partner up with another wholesaler who brought a buyer to the deal. Long story short, deal closed and we got to the finish line 🏁. And I have a new JV partner who will bring any deals here to me first.
