How is Everyone Getting Your Deals?
Hey everyone, quick question for you all. How are you all finding your wholesale deals right now?
What marketing channels are working best for you — cold calling, texting, direct mail, PPC, or something else?
Also curious which lists you’re seeing the best results from. Probate, pre-foreclosure, code violations, tax delinquent, high equity, niche lists?
Just trying to see what’s producing the most consistent deals for people in today’s market. Thanks in advance for sharing.
