🛠️ Help me with my first wholesale deal! I need cash ASAP (Behind on my mortgage)

Hey everyone!

I am new to wholesaling, and was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me close a deal or be apart of a deal in a Joint Venture so I can experience it and earn some cash. I have been in sales for almost 10 years now, I can call and communicate with anyone, also I am a developer so I can help build systems for automations, AI, design & build websites, engineer apps, etc.
