Got a contract from a $2 ISTL lead
Hey guys! I bought 5 leads from ISTL using a coupon provided last week and I got a signed contract out of it! It’s a land deal in Pueblo, CO. I’m hoping to make $5-7k on it, which isn’t the most but I’d say it’s a pretty good return!
For reference, I have purchased 25 leads from ISTL and this is my first contract.
Praying it makes it to the closing table!
