Had 2 sellers ghost me… but one came back around.
Except she came back playing games —
trying to spark a bidding war,
asking for a ridiculous EMD,
and flipping numbers like crazy. 🙄
But I stayed calm, kept control, and stuck to MY terms…

Got the property UNDER CONTRACT anyway.
No bidding war. No wild EMD. No nonsense.
