I’m working on getting my first deal. My day Job is roofing and I came across this “for rent” house that was in need of a new roof and offer to buy the home “as is”
It’s a 2bed 2bath 2,023sqft in Ocala FL
They want $235k
I guess what I’m asking is, is this an ideal home to wholesale? Or are anything under 3beds a no go?
Btw… I offered $125k lol
