Happy to be part of this community — lots of smart people here and a ton of solid conversations already.

Most of my background is in the acquisitions/lead generation side of real estate, so I’m always learning, testing, and refining what works and what doesn’t. I really enjoy talking shop about systems, daily KPIs, seller conversations, and ways to make the lead flow more consistent.

If anyone here wants to compare notes, share what’s working for you, or discuss ways to improve your process, I’m always down for that. I think the best thing about communities like this is being able to help each other level up.
