Don’t confuse setbacks with inability.
I’ve lost an $80k deal and a $40k deal.
One hurt because I didn’t go with my original end buyer who was ready to close — lesson learned.
The other was completely out of my control.
Yeah, it was discouraging. I thought about quitting.
But quitting doesn’t recover lost deals, sharpen your skills, or move you forward.
Every real wholesaler loses deals. That’s not failure — that’s tuition.
The difference is simple:
Winners adjust. Losers stop.
I’m not quitting. I’m tightening my process and moving forward.
