Need I remind some of you—we aren't crabs in a bucket. This isn't a community of people trying to bring you down or knock and block your success. I was all over the place yesterday asking for a copy of a vacant land purchase agreement and sale contract. I reached out to numerous Skool members who vaguely ignored my requests. Because of that, I decided to create my own contract. I spent HOURS creating it but I would be more than willing to spend seconds emailing it over to those who need it, out of the kindness of my heart. I wish you all success in your future endeavors. 😘
