I'll be restarting my cold-calling VA operation soon and want to make sure my team has the right tools as I scale.

- Where did you find them?
- What dialer are you using?
- What's your monthly overhead (VA, dialer, software, etc.)?
- How has your ROI been?
- Do you all offer any incentives when a deal closes?
