Cold Call Question
OK - so I've been plowing through a list of vacant lot leads. I skip traced via true people search. Now in the past I've done cold calling on SFH - some through zillow, others just driving for dollars and skip traced. The percentages I'm seeing of wrong numbers is higher than I expected - like 20% wrong numbers. Only 2 people actually answered all the others got at least a text and voicemail. The 2 that answered were among the 20% wrong number group. Is this normal (maybe for vacant lot leads?)
