Anyone With Buyers in NY??
I was wondering if anyone has any possible buyers in NY or more specifically upstate NY near Corning/Elmira?? I am working on convincing someone I know into a contract with me for their property that they are unable to finish what they originally planned. So, looking for possible jv partners and to use responses to help convince them. If you are wondering about details or have questions feel free to message me.
