2nd week in, Noticing this this business is like fishing, got to have patience. The people I'm speaking to are long term holders this week and aren't ready to sell their homes yet but told me check back in 6 months as they are wanting to downsize + have disease. I also took 2 days from the grind due to holidays but I am preparing to start in the new year.
