16 Year Old From Australia Looking to JV on Virtual Wholesale Deals

Hi everyone, I’m 16 and based in Australia. I’ve been learning virtual wholesaling for the past few months and I’m looking to connect with experienced wholesalers that are open to JVing.

I’ve mainly been focusing on things like motivated seller marketing, cold calling/texting, comping, acquisitions, contracts and lead generation.

After researching the legal side of wholesaling, I realized the biggest issue for me right now is being under 18, not the actual wholesaling part. So instead of trying to do everything alone, I’d rather work with people already closing deals and learn while bringing value.

I’m willing to put in the work and focus on finding motivated sellers and generating leads. I’m not looking for shortcuts or handouts. I just want real experience and to get good at acquisitions early.

If you’re actively wholesaling in the U.S. and open to JV partnerships, I’d definitely be interested in connecting and seeing how I can help bring deals/leads to the table.
