Some are just testing you.
But most wholesalers hit them with the same weak script…

Your follow-up is probably trash.
Your questions are too surface level.
Your offer sounds rushed.
And you’re not actually solving anything.
You’re just trying to “get a deal.”
Sellers can feel that.
The people closing deals are not always better talkers…
They just understand timing, pain, and follow-up better.
Stop asking:
“Do you want to sell?”
Start asking:
“What’s going on with the property?”
Big difference.
