So here’s the move this weekend:
Pick one house.
Find 3 recently sold homes nearby that are similar.
Same area.
Similar size.
Similar beds and baths.
Similar condition after repairs.
That’s how you stop guessing and start thinking like an investor.
The deal is not in your feelings.
The deal is in the comps.
