Stop Renting the Same Lists as Everybody Else
Most beginners think they need to buy leads before they can start wholesaling.
You don’t.
Some of the best leads are already sitting in your county records for free.
You just need to know where to look.
Tax-delinquent list?
Usually assessor or treasurer.
Code-violation list?
Code enforcement.
Probate filings?
County clerk.
That’s where real distress starts showing up before it hits the same paid list everybody else is buying.
Because here’s the problem:
If you’re renting the same list as every other investor…
you’re calling the same sellers.
Texting the same numbers.
Competing with the same people.
But when you learn how to pull your own data, you start building your own pipeline.
That’s the cheat code.
Don’t just chase leads.
Own your data.
Your homework:
Look up your county and find where one of these lists lives.
Tax delinquent.
Code violations.
Probate.
