Pull fresh leads, drive for dollars, stack data, and run comps:

• Privy MLS Access (active deals, live comps):
2. Niche Lists + Skip Tracing – $600/month
Hit probate, tax liens, code violations, tired landlords, etc.
• Data Fleet (stacked niche data + skip tracing):
3. Cold Calling – $150/month
Use a 3-line dialer and hit 3,000–5,000 calls/week:
• Batch Dialer:
4. Direct Mail – $500/month
Targeted postcards to high equity, probate, and vacant lists:
