More and more people are waking up to their empathic nature - that ability to (like it or not) feel what other people are feeling. This capacity can be a blessing or a curse, it really depends on your level of awareness and skillfulness with what, why and how you are feeling all of this energy and emotion. The ability skillfully surf the sea of emotion and energy of individuals and collectives and use that to deeply see into the truth of what is. This super-sensory gift can be the foundation for deep and powerful relationships and service in the world. BUT.... The empathic ability also eats some people alive.... Those who have this capacity but don't know how to skillfully wield it always feel "at the effect of" (read: victim) their sensitivity. Then they are stuck surfing the wave of other people's stuff - processing everyone else's emotions through their body and nervous system. Here's what makes this even crazier for you....
