Welcome to 2026! If today feels quiet, heavy, hopeful, awkward, or all of it at once… you’re not doing it wrong. New Year’s Day isn’t momentum. It’s a nervous system exhale. Your body is coming off: • A long year • A loud season • A lot of pressure to “start strong” You don’t need a plan today. You don’t need goals. You don’t need discipline. You need permission to land.
