Day 2 - Share One Thing You Know
Let's warm up your teaching voice. ๐Ÿ“Œ Today's prompt: Record a video sharing ONE tip, trick, or piece of advice that your perfect customer would find helpful. It doesn't have to be revolutionary. It doesn't have to be perfectly worded. It just has to be real and useful. Think of it like this: If your best friend texted you and said "I'm totally stuck on [your topic], what should I do?" โ€” what would you text back? Say that. On camera. This is where you start to find your teaching voice. It's in there. Post your video in the comments!
Day 2 - Share One Thing You Know
5 Faces Challenge! Starts Monday
Who's ready to get started on this content journey? Monday, July 13th starts our 5 Faces Challenge built to help you gain camera confidence ๐ŸŽฅ Each day I'll post a prompt (in the Challenges Tab) and you create a 10-second clip to share in the comments of the post. These videos will only appear here and you do not have to post them to your social media platform unless you want to! If you want feedback, please let us know in your post. This serves as the practice you need to gain confidence. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Let us know below if you plan on participating.
DAY 1 โ€” Introduce Yourself
The warm-up. The easiest possible on-ramp. ๐Ÿ“Œ Today's prompt: Record a 30-60 second video introducing yourself. Tell us your name, where you're tuning in from, and one thing you're hoping to get out of this challenge. That's it. No tips. No teaching. Just you, saying hi. This one feels small โ€” and that's intentional. Today is about pressing record, watching it back without deleting it, and posting it anyway. The bar is on the floor. Step over it. Remember: post your video in the comments and go cheer on at least two other women. You've got this. Day 1 is done before you know it. ๐Ÿ’›
DAY 1 โ€” Introduce Yourself
Welcome to the 5 Faces Challenge ๐ŸŽ‰
Here's the truth nobody tells you about camera confidence: You don't find it. You build it. One video at a time. That's exactly what we're doing this week. For the next 5 days I'm giving you one simple video prompt per day. Each one is short, low-pressure, and designed to help you get comfortable doing the one thing that makes the biggest difference in your content โ€” showing your face. No scripts required. No ring light required. No experience required. Here's what IS required: showing up every day, posting your video inside this community, and cheering on every woman who does the same. This is a judgment-free zone. Shaky hands, stumbled words, bad lighting โ€” all welcome here. We are building confidence, not a highlight reel. Here's how it works: - Each morning I'll drop the daily prompt in a post here in the CHALLENGES category. - You record your video (7-60 seconds long, you choose) - You post it here in the comments - You watch at least two other members' videos and leave them a genuine comment That's it. Five days. Five videos. A version of you that is so much more comfortable on camera than the one who started.

Stop ๐Ÿ›‘ Trying to Be "Good" on Camera
Here's advice that can actually move the needle for you when it comes to showing up on video: Stop trying to be good. Start trying to be real. "Good" on camera is a performance. The moment you start performing, your audience can feel it, Something feels slightly off. Slightly stiff. Slightly like you're reading from a script in your head. This is ๐Ÿ”‘ right here ๐Ÿ‘‰ "Real" on camera is a conversation. You're not presenting to an audience โ€” you're talking to ONE person. You're thinking out loud. You're sharing something you genuinely care about. The women who build loyal followings on video aren't the most polished. They trip over words. They pause to think. They laugh at themselves. And their audience loves them because of that, not in spite of it. Authenticity is not a buzzword. It's a strategy. Before your next video, say this out loud: "I'm not performing. I'm having a conversation."
