A Call to Hold Space Together
The tragic events in Sydney have created a deep emotional ripple across Australia. Even those nowhere near the location are feeling it in their bodies, their nervous systems, and their hearts. Like many of you, I’ve been sitting with this heaviness. Wanting to help in some way, yet knowing there’s nothing I can physically do. During my morning breathwork session, it became clear to me that while I can’t change what happened, I can hold space and direct intention where it’s needed. So I’m hosting a Global Intention Circle, beginning tomorrow, as a way to collectively support those impacted physically, emotionally and energetically. This first gathering will focus on Sydney. After that, this will become a weekly space where we direct intention toward people, communities, countries or situations in need. I’m sharing this here because this group is full of healers, practitioners and space-holders who understand the power of collective intention, and some of you may feel called to join us. There is no required modality. Food is fundamentally social. We evolved eating in groups, preparing meals together, sharing food as an act of connection and ceremony. The isolation of modern eating - grabbing packaged food from drive-throughs, eating alone in front of screens, buying everything through anonymous transactions - isn't just disconnecting us from our food. It's disconnecting us from each other. Your food transformation becomes more successful, more joyful, and more sustainable when you do it in community. But here are the real questions: 🎗️ Who in your life would actually support this journey? 👀 Who's curious? 👵🏼 Who's open? 💁‍♀️ Who's maybe on a similar path but you just haven't talked about it yet? Sometimes we assume we're alone when really, there are allies all around us - we just haven't identified them yet. Let's start identifying them now. Who's with you?

Question for Practitioner Member Community Owners
Thank you to one of our practitioners for pointing this out - I've made room for practitioners who don't want to build their own community. I had not given a thought to those who already have a community. Tell us: how do you see yourself involved in this community hub? 💡My first thought was to create another category tab for skool community wellness practitioners, because I know our members who receive treatments will go looking for niche communities to support their continued wellness journey. 💡My second thought was to invite you to subscribe like everyone else and place a link back to your community. Like 'rent' a classroom advert, list yourself in the profiles category. Then you can post here and do your thing. 💡Or, you could create your profile and offer here as a subscriber, bring your members here and cancel your skool community. I wouldn't recommend this until we get our system operational and it's worth your while... you can do all you were doing, here, with a larger membership. Comments and thoughts please.
