Plant Science for Wellness - Challenging you to Learn
Starting our conversation with an isoprene, this week we are going to go on a surface level discovery mission into what makes plants so important to natural wellness. Why? Because when you learn how they operate, you also discover how they help your body - as a consequence of just being a plant. All organic compounds are mad up of isoprene units. An isoprene unit is a methyl radical attached to a butyl radical... bare with me here. Molecules built of isoprene units contain double bonds that shift (like opposing magnets) thus generating electromagnetic frequency - they give off resonance energy - found in all plants and animals. Molecules built of isoprene units are terpenoids and are involved in almost every interaction between plants, animals and microorganisms. Two isoprene units combined = 1 terpene unit. End of science, now we talk in layman's terms. The word 'frequency' is now becoming more commonplace in conversations. Plants and animals have frequencies, and when we eat them, their frequency is what generates our own frequencies. They are nutrients toward our body power system. That resonance energy is what charges our own battery systems, one molecule at the time. Sleep on this and throughout the next week I will take us a step deeper into understanding how our food choices impact our natural wellness. Any questions so far?

🌿 Welcome Practitioners — Start Here Before Posting
This category is dedicated to your practitioner profile and the healing modality you offer. Before you post here, please read these instructions carefully. 🔒 Subscription Required to Post in This Category To maintain quality and clarity for the community, you must be an active practitioner subscriber before you can: - Create your practitioner profile - Share your modality - Post educational content related to your work - Link back to your practitioner “classroom” If you’re not subscribed yet, please complete your practitioner registration first. (a link will replace this line when the subscription offer is ready) 📌 Once You’re Subscribed You can create: - Your Practitioner Profile Post - This is your main introduction until your Classroom is prepared. It becomes your anchor post — it initially becomes your central identity inside the Hub. - Your Modality Post(s) - Short, clear posts that explain your healing modality and how you work, using the like, know, trust methods to warm members to you. - Link-Backs to Your Classroom - Every post here should point back to your individual classroom space, where seekers can explore your deeper teachings and pathways. 🧭 What to Post in This Category Only practitioner-specific, modality-specific content belongs here: - Your practitioner profile - Your healing modality overview - How your approach works - Key principles or methods - Light introductory teachings - Invitations to visit your practitioner classroom Think of this category as your public directory listing, while your classroom holds your full body of work. 🚫 What NOT to Post Here To keep this directory clear for seekers: - No general wellness posts - No marketplace offers - No community discussions - No unrelated content - No long-form lessons (those belong in your classroom) 💫 Your First Step If you’re a practitioner and you’re subscribed, create your Practitioner Profile now. If you need help structuring it, you’ll find full guidance inside the upcoming Practitioner Hub 101 training.
A Call to Hold Space Together
The tragic events in Sydney have created a deep emotional ripple across Australia. Even those nowhere near the location are feeling it in their bodies, their nervous systems, and their hearts. Like many of you, I’ve been sitting with this heaviness. Wanting to help in some way, yet knowing there’s nothing I can physically do. During my morning breathwork session, it became clear to me that while I can’t change what happened, I can hold space and direct intention where it’s needed. So I’m hosting a Global Intention Circle, beginning tomorrow, as a way to collectively support those impacted physically, emotionally and energetically. This first gathering will focus on Sydney. After that, this will become a weekly space where we direct intention toward people, communities, countries or situations in need. I’m sharing this here because this group is full of healers, practitioners and space-holders who understand the power of collective intention, and some of you may feel called to join us. There is no required modality. Prayer, energy work, meditation, visualisation, or simple presence, all are welcome. 🕛 Time 12 pm Tuesday (Sydney/Melbourne) - 8 pm Monday (New York) - 5 pm Monday (Los Angeles) If it aligns with you, here are the details:https://www.skool.com/the-change-makers-2078/about?ref=4d349337c57a4956baef9ffb2f86e7c1 Thank you for the work you do, and for the way you show up in times like this. 🙏💛
