🌿 Welcome Practitioners — Start Here Before Posting
This category is dedicated to your practitioner profile and the healing modality you offer. You can't post here directly, please read these instructions carefully. 🔒 Subscription Required to Post in This Category To maintain quality and clarity for the community, you must be an active practitioner subscriber before you can: - Create your practitioner profile - Share your modality - Post educational content related to your work - Link back to your practitioner “classroom” If you’re not subscribed yet, please complete your practitioner registration first. (a link will replace this line when the subscription offer is ready) 📌 Once You’re Subscribed You can create: - Your Practitioner Profile Post in the Entrepreneurial Growth category, notify @Admin when it's ready to be transferred into this category. - This is your main introduction until your Classroom is prepared. It becomes your anchor post — it initially becomes your central identity inside the Hub. - Your Modality Post(s) - Short, clear posts that explain your healing modality and how you work, using the like, know, trust methods to warm members to you. - Link-Backs to Your Classroom - Every post here should point back to your individual classroom space, where seekers can explore your deeper teachings and pathways. 🧭 What to Post in This Category Only practitioner-specific, modality-specific content belongs here: - Your practitioner profile - Your healing modality overview - How your approach works - Key principles or methods - Light introductory teachings - Invitations to visit your practitioner classroom Think of this category as your public directory listing, while your classroom holds your full body of work. Preventing comment here encouraged your prospects to find your classroom. 🚫 What NOT to Post Here To keep this directory clear for seekers: - No general wellness posts - No marketplace offers - No community discussions - No unrelated content - No long-form lessons (those belong in your classroom)
Practitioner Profile - Louise
❤️‍🔥Founder, WHealth Pathways and The MELD❤️‍🔥 ➡️ Guide within The Healers & Practitioners Hub For context: This is the first practitioner profile post in my own classroom, created using the Hub’s classroom template. I’m leaving this visible so you can observe how a practitioner space is constructed — not as an example to copy, but as a framework you’ll later adapt to create your own mini classroom within the Hub. I will add the link to my Classroom as soon as it is completed and ready to publish. I work with people who are ready to listen to their body, rather than override it. My role is not to fix you, diagnose you, or tell you what to do — it is to help you re-establish communication with your own inner guidance and biological intelligence. My pathway into this work did not come from one modality or one system. It came from years of observing how bodies respond when they are supported, respected, and allowed to speak — and how they react when they are managed, suppressed, or ignored. My work is grounded in: - whole-system awareness - pattern recognition over labels - personal responsibility paired with compassionate support Sessions with me are exploratory rather than prescriptive. We look at how your systems interact, what they are signaling, and where balance may be compromised. I do not work with fear, urgency, or dependency — your autonomy is central to the process. I am best suited to work with you if: - you are curious about your body rather than frustrated by it - you are open to observing patterns over time - you want to become an informed participant in your own wellbeing I do not replace medical care, nor do I position myself in opposition to it. Where appropriate, I encourage collaborative and informed decision-making that respects both professional input and personal sovereignty. Inside this Hub, my role expands beyond private sessions. I am here to model ethical practice, support practitioner development, and contribute to conversations that deepen understanding rather than simplify complexity.
The Water Challenge
Time to start DOING stuff in here! OK, this week we are going to be challenged to discover water wellness. I'll provide an activity for you to try or explore, and you provide your feedback stories in the comments. We keep it all under the one post, so if anyone in the future wants to go through the challenge, it will always be available. First things first: what's a wellness challenge? It's a topic with information and things to do, so you discover more about natural wellness. SAVVY? This is a simple project for you to experiment with: 1️⃣ Get two clean glasses and half fill both, at the same time, from the same tap. Leave one by the sink where you can see it, but ignore it. 2️⃣ Take the other to your favourite chair (outside if you wish) and sit down, holding the glass cupped in both hands. Have a sip to taste it. 3️⃣ Close your eyes and imagine the water is intelligent and you can communicate with it. (This is not woowoo stuff, this is real) You are now living in the Age of Aquarius and it's time you started your awareness journey into what that means... 4️⃣Ask the water to change it's flavour to sweeter than the usual tap water. Imagine it clearing itself of chemical contaminants and altering its state. And while you are at it, bless it and ask it to provide sustenance to your body. 5️⃣ Give these thoughts a few moments to gel within the water, then taste it again. Is it different? Drink it all, and take notice of the taste and how it feels going down your throat. 6️⃣ Now go back inside and immediately taste the other glass you left by the sink. Compare the two. Your task is to tell us below, was there a change in the water? And if so, describe the change.

Why Are Your Lymph Nodes Swollen? 🤔
I wanted to share some quick info about swollen lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are part of your immune system, and they can swell when your body is fighting infections, stress, or sometimes other health issues. Questions for the community: 1. Have you ever noticed swollen lymph nodes? Where? 2. Did you find any home remedies or treatments that helped? 3. How do you usually check in with your body when something feels off? Tip: Always consult a healthcare professional if swelling lasts more than 2 weeks, is painful, or comes with fever.
Winter Glow Question
What’s one small thing you’re doing this winter to keep your body feeling strong? I’m sticking to warm teas and short daily walks even on freezing days 😭😂
