It can feel overwhelming looking at something like this and feeling like you have to over-haul everything and change all at once, but remember, baby steps are cool! And its actually better for you're longevity and success on your journey to NOT change everything all at once. Start with one change, get comfortable and consistent with that, and then add something else and go from there.
