If you feel like you’re doing everything right… but your body isn’t changing, stress might be the missing piece. When you’re constantly stressed (busy schedule, under-eating, overtraining, poor sleep), your body produces more cortisol. And when cortisol stays elevated for too long, it can: ✨ Make fat loss harder (especially around the midsection) ✨ Increase cravings especially at night ✨ Disrupt hunger/fullness signals ✨ Impact sleep and recovery But here’s something that often gets overlooked… Your internal environment matters too.
