Hey girlies! This is a resource I share with my clients in The Wellness Girlie Guide and I wanted to share it in here with you all too 🥰 Most of the issues we feel in our body and struggles with weight loss can be connected to INFLAMMATION in the body! The most direct way to reduce inflammation in the body is to start with what you're putting INTO your body. 👏 Is there anything you found surprising on this list? It can feel overwhelming looking at something like this and feeling like you have to over-haul everything and change all at once, but remember, baby steps are cool! And its actually better for you're longevity and success on your journey to NOT change everything all at once. Start with one change, get comfortable and consistent with that, and then add something else and go from there. Whats one shift from this list you can make this week?👇

I'm going to start at the top with meats. I already eat mostly like that anyways but want to reduce my pork intake as its not the best/most sanitary meat source.
Comparing ingredients
Hey girlies! Since we were on the topic of wraps, I snapped some photos while I was at the grocery store! The first one was described as "high protein" and "made with chic peas"... Once I turned it around I realized there is no chic peas on the ingredients but also food dyes added to make it look like they're done something different to it 🤪 The protein is also the exact same as the whole wheat option they had, yes it was lower carb than the whole wheat but still not worth the extra ingredients, plus milk ingredients, canthum gum and gluten can be inflammatory and irritating to your gut if you have intolerances to any of those.🙅‍♀️... The second and third photos are the ones I went with. Still has preservatives in it but no added sugar, colours or gums. I don't love canola or vegetable oils but you have to pick your battles sometimes because those oils are used in like everything now a days because they're so cheap. 🤷‍♀️ I still prefer the other wraps I shared in my precious post but these are better options for tacos which I'm making today so I needed a tortilla vs a wrap. 2 of these will =1 carb 👍
