Hey girlies! Since we were on the topic of wraps, I snapped some photos while I was at the grocery store! The first one was described as "high protein" and "made with chic peas"... Once I turned it around I realized there is no chic peas on the ingredients but also food dyes added to make it look like they're done something different to it 🤪 The protein is also the exact same as the whole wheat option they had, yes it was lower carb than the whole wheat but still not worth the extra ingredients, plus milk ingredients, canthum gum and gluten can be inflammatory and irritating to your gut if you have intolerances to any of those.🙅♀️... The second and third photos are the ones I went with. Still has preservatives in it but no added sugar, colours or gums. I don't love canola or vegetable oils but you have to pick your battles sometimes because those oils are used in like everything now a days because they're so cheap. 🤷♀️ I still prefer the other wraps I shared in my precious post but these are better options for tacos which I'm making today so I needed a tortilla vs a wrap. 2 of these will =1 carb 👍
