Alright y’all… I’m officially in “no excuses” mode right now 😤
JANUARY GOAL:
30K steps/day
I set a goal to hit 30,000 steps per day for the entire month of January…
…and I DID IT ✅
📊 January Daily Average: 30,024 steps
Not “almost.” Not “close.”
30,024. Goal achieved. 💪
FEBRUARY GOAL UPDATE:
Weighted Vest Challenge
For February, my original plan was:
🎯 25K steps/day with a 20lb weight vest
…but after the first 3 days, I’m making an adjustment…
🔥 NEW FEBRUARY GOAL:
30K steps/day with a 20lb weight vest
This lines up better with some of my other goals right now, and honestly… it’s time to level up.
Progress So Far
Today is February 4th, and here’s where I’m at:
📈 First 3 days average: 27,266 steps/day
So to bring my monthly average up to 30K by the end of today, I need:
🎯 38,322 steps today
Yesterday I hit 41,964 steps… which was a LOT 😹
But it proves the point: this goal is absolutely doable.
Why this matters (beyond steps)
One thing I’ve realized is this isn’t just “walking.”
While I’m out there, I’m:
🎧 listening to audiobooks
📚 learning
📲 researching on YouTube
🧠 sharpening my mindset + skillset
It’s honestly some of the most valuable time of my day.
And from a fat loss perspective:
  • huge energy expenditure
  • easy recovery
  • steady cardio
  • keeps me moving while staying locked in
Even if it’s extra slow cardio 😂
Final Stage Focus
This is part of my push through this final stage of fat loss—staying disciplined, stacking wins, and making sure my daily actions match my goals.
