I've started off my fitness journey with more calisthenics, but then quickly transitioned into weights.
I did manage to carry over a good few base skills from calisthenics like pullups, pushups and dips
But now I wonder, how do you actually mix calisthenics & weights in a simple split?
I'm currently doing upper lower split (4 days a week) and have found it hard to really mix it together without diminishing returns
