Weight loss can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to help you go from overwhelmed to in control. I’m not here just to motivate or inspire you for a moment — I’m here to give you a system you can follow even on the days you don’t feel like it. Because that’s what creates real, lasting results.
Most people already know the basics: calorie deficit, better food choices, and moving your body. The information is out there. So why is it still so hard?
Because it’s not just physical — it’s mental.
I’m going to talk about the things that don’t get enough attention: food noise, anxiety, fear, self-doubt, and the internal battles that can make consistency feel impossible.
I started at 392 lbs after years of failed attempts, so I understand how frustrating and discouraging it can feel. I also know what it takes to push through that.
My goal is simple: to share what actually helped me, in hopes that it helps you too.
