My goal is to help women, who lost hope and believe weightloss is impossible for them, achieve their goals. I want you to be able to not only lose weight but be able to keep it off. I use to weigh 392lbs. Ive started and failed and restarted and failed weightloss time and time again but finally I succeeded. Through diet and exercise I was able to lose 120lbs naturally in about 5months, I then got gastric sleeve and lost another 100lbs that year. 220lbs in just 1 year after years of failing. I am down over 240lbs+ and have been maintaining my weight-loss for almost 4 years now. Not only did I lose weight but I kept it off. Let me help you to do the same.
