Simple weight-loss tip: get out of the mentality of “I’ll start Monday”, “I’ll start tomorrow” “oh I messed up today, I’ll restart tomorrow, Monday etc.”
get into the habit of getting right back up when you fall. Don’t stay down. If you “messed up” or “slipped up” in the morning. That’s ok, but don’t make the entire day a “cheat” day just because you messed up in the morning. Get right back up. Or if you “messed up” for lunch, doesn’t mean dinner has to whatever or off track. Always always always get in the habit of getting right back up. Missing 1 day isn’t bad, but don’t push off getting back up just cause you messed up 1 day. Don’t let yourself slack just cause of 1 slip up. Always get in the habit of wheeling yourself back in and getting right back up. The more you do that the more it becomes routine and it’ll solidify as discipline. Soon enough the slip ups will become less and less. Don’t push off getting back up!!!!!
