Scripture Reveal Wk 19 (day 2)
Jesus’s sobering words about forgiveness being reciprocal-”if you forgive other people… your heavenly Father will also forgive you”(Matthew 6:14-15)- reveal the serious connection between receiving and extending forgiveness. This isn’t about earning God’s forgiveness but about demonstrating that we understand its value. Like a stream that both receives and passes on water, we’re meant to be channels of forgiveness not reservoirs

Scripture Reveal Wk 19 (day 1)
The command to forgive “ as Christ forgave you ” (Ephesians 4:32 ) establishes both the pattern and power for Christian forgiveness. This isn't about minimizing hurt but about extending the same grace we've received. Like a debtor who's been forgiven a massive debt, our experience of Christ's forgiveness enables and motivates us to forgive others.

Scripture Reveal Wk 18 (day 4)
The motivation for our service matters deeply, ”Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord”(Colossians 3:23-24). This perspective transforms even mundane tasks into sacred service. Like an artist who puts their whole heart into their work, we’re called to serve with excellence because ultimately we’re serving Christ.

Scripture Reveal Wk 18 (day 3)
The apostle’s instruction to”serve one another humbly in love”(Galatians 5:13) places service within the contrast of Christian freedom. Rather than using our freedom for self-indulgence, we’re called to voluntarily serve others. Like a musician who masters their instrument to bring joy to others, our gifts and freedoms find their highest expression in serving others.
