Day 3 – Living a Life of Prayer Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Focus: Constant connection with God Reflection Questions: 1.What times of day do I forget to pray or acknowledge God? 2.How can prayer become a natural part of my daily routine? Action Plan: Set three moments today to pause and pray briefly. Talk to God throughout your day—while working, resting, or walking. End the day with a short prayer of reflection. Daily Prayer: “God, help me stay connected to You throughout this day. Let my thoughts turn into prayers and my actions reflect my faith. I invite You into every moment. Amen.”

When Paul encourages us to “pray without ceasing”(1 Thessalonians 5:17), he’s not suggesting we spend all day in a prayer closet. Rather, he’s inviting us to develop an on going conversation with God that weaves through our entire day. Prayer becomes less like a formal meeting and more like an open line of communication a constant awareness of God’s presence in every moment and circumstance.
