Welcome in... Week 30 Leadership
This week, let’s examine our own leadership influence, whether in formal positions or informal relationships. Let’s remember that all leadership is ultimately stewardship- we lead not to build our own kingdoms but to advance God’s purposes in the lives we serve.

Scripture Reveal Wk 30-4
The qualities Moses sought in choosing leaders- capable, God-fearing people who hate dishonest gain (Exodus 18:21) demonstrate that effective leadership combines practical ability with spiritual devotion. Leaders must be both competent in their tasks and consistent in their walk with God. This balance of skill and spirituality creates leadership that can truly serve God’s purposes.
