Day 1: Guard Your Spirit
Scripture: Book of Proverbs 25:28 "A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls. "
Reflection (Get Moving): Step outside for a 5–10 minute walk. As you walk, ask yourself: What areas of my life feel unprotected or out of control right now? Notice what comes to mind as you breathe fresh air and move your body.
Action Plan – Help Someone: Send an encouraging message or call someone who may be struggling emotionally. Let them know they are not alone.
Prayer to Share: “Lord, help me rebuild the walls of my life through Your wisdom. Teach me discipline, peace, and strength today. Help me encourage someone else who may feel weak. Amen. ”
