Day 5 – Meditate and Act Joshua 1:8
Focus: Obedience brings strength and direction.
Get Up & Move – Reflection:
1.Walk slowly and repeat one verse or phrase aloud. Ask: How can I live this Scripture today?
2. Stretch or sit quietly outside and ask: Where is God asking for obedience, not excuses?
Action Plan – Help Others: Volunteer your time—help a neighbor, babysit, assist at church, or support a local ministry.
Prayer: “God, help me not just read Your Word but live it. Give me courage to obey fully and trust You with the outcome. Amen.
