Get Up & Move – Reflection:
1. Take a brisk walk and ask: What thoughts or motives need honest evaluation before God?
2. Pause, breathe deeply, and ask: What is God revealing that I’ve been avoiding?
Action Plan – Help Others: Practice gentle honesty today. Speak truth in love to someone who needs encouragement or clarity.
Prayer: “Lord, search my heart. Expose what doesn’t belong and heal what is broken. I want truth, not comfort. Amen.”
