Day 1 – Choose Kindness
Scripture: Ephesians 4:32 – “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Reflection (Take a Walk): Take a 10-minute walk outside. As you walk, think about someone who showed you kindness when you needed it most.
Question: How did their kindness change you, and how can you offer that same grace to someone today?
Action Plan (Emotional Support): Send a text, call, or handwritten note to encourage someone who may be struggling.
Prayer to Share: “Lord, thank You for showing me kindness even when I didn’t deserve it. Help me reflect Your compassion today. Teach my heart to forgive and to lift someone else up with love. Amen.”
