Deferred Comp and Charles Schwab accounts
A few years ago as i was exploring my deferred 457 retirement plan app, I ran into a section “Self Directed Brokerage Option” that permitted me to transfer money from my regular retirement account to independently purchase EFT with Charles Schwab. I jumped on the opportunity and did fairly well. Now that I am retired and I am unable to transfer from my regular retirement account into CS would I be able to contribute money? BTW for those of you with the deferred 457 retirement plan, you should look into this section.
