Know your numbers, multiply by 10, then get curious. Step 1. Know your numbers, what's your break even point, what's your sweet spot and what's expansive revenue/ profit in your business. Step 2. Multiple those numbers by 10 Step 3. Ask (and write down ideas around) how can I generate x/monthly, x/yearly net and gross. The more you do this the easier it'll feel. From there you can start to actually formulate a plan, action it work out the kinks and hit your numbers.
