So far its great. My favorite frequency is 528hz. I just have to believe healing is happening. I sure do rest better. I came here after an acute stroke last March 2025. No major deficits, just fatigue and some tingling remains on the right side. Im just doing my part. Strength training, no sugar, increased water intake, no processed foods, no white flour etc.
Rest is essential for healing, so my rest has gone to another level, a deeper sleep. Thankful to be in this community. ❤️
