Bring "Bob" to work day

Spring is starting to stick out its pretty head! We are starting our busy season in our industry and this is always exciting.

Spring shows me that everything is new again, trees start to bud, the brown and darkness will start to turn to light and warmth and color. One of my favorite times of the year.

This always reminds me of my father in law. We were 2 peas in a pod! We spent a lot of years together working side by side. We were probably the 2 biggest "Ding Dong's" 😜. We just worked hard and played hard and everyday was full of Love and Laughs.

I woke up thinking about our Spring "rituals" and thought I'd bring him to work with me today.

You all know I LOVE heirlooms and telling the stories around them as a way to keep their memories alive.

My father in law LOVED Hotdogs!! Specifically ones from either the "Hotdog Truck" or a NYC Hotdog Cart. For those around the tristate area know what I'm talking about.

We used to joke because in the 80's & 90's everyone used to have Radar Detectors, but we said his was a a "Hotdog Truck" detector, because with in 2 miles of any truck he already knew where it was and the truck just automatically drove there!! 🤣. This went on for YEARS right up until his passing. He was a great man full of life and lived it on his terms everyday!!

I miss those days! and I truly miss him and our fun days together.
