What triggered me, fatigue and a break in routine, my eating times were out of sync due to meetings that over ran.
Fortunately I had food available that I'd prepped and had that along with plenty of water.
The cravings quickly subsided and the offer of further tea and biscuits in the meetings was politely declined.
I also focused on what I want to achieve long term and know I have to be consistent to get maximum benefits and results.
Having a nutrition plan has helped massively!
