What are some ways that you narrow down your initial focus. I have three areas that are calling to (Leadership, Transformation and Play). It really feels like I need to focus on one right now and move it forward before considering any others.

This was a great topic to cover yesterday and yet, I am struggling to get started and to move forward with even a rough draft. What are some ways to get started?
