Thank you for your patience - LET'S RISE! 💖
As you may have seen from my post and the changes in the group - I, this community has been in shift! I would ALSO LOOOOOVE YOUR SUPPORT PLEASE!!!! 🔥 For the last 5 years I have heavily focused on supporting and coaching other speakers - but I realised it was so much more, and I wanted to evolve into something more encompassing and expansive for me - and for you! So here we are - WARRIORS RISING! The space to think powerfully, speak boldly, act decisively and RISE with other Warriors. To be the leader within - and in your business. It is the place to stop playing small, to stop hesitating and to show up fully, in all areas of our life and especially in whats important to us! This community and the resources will focus on: 🔥 Identity and mindset - Feeling safe and empowered to RISE 🔥 Voice and Visibility - Calm and confident communication in your every day life 🔥 Embodiment and expansion - Its one thing to hear it, it's another thing to be it! HELP PLEASE: What would you love to see shared? What do you thing is missing in many communities that would really support?! THAAAAANK YOU IN ADVANCE, Lots of goodness to come and I am excited to continue RISING with you! ✨

I echo Becky's comment, many communities talk about supporting one another to grow, develop and essential to RISE. It is rare that this is accomplished. It is more than having an accountability partner or commenting on a post or engaging in a live session. It is about how we show up for each other and stretch out our hand with NO expectation for anything in return. I will continue to think on this more and I am very excited with the direction you are moving! You have put some fresh wood onto your fire and the heat is rising!

Anyone else have an insane burst of inspiration last night 🤣
Call it ADHD, impulsivity, intuition, the new moon, the fire horse energy, the 8 years experience that led into this, a fricking decision in the moment orrrrr - a combination of all of the above buuuuuut it's SHIFT TIME. I wouldn't call it a pivot, a mini rebrand and a reposition! An amalgamation of all that's offered rather than 2 legs and focusing on supporting speakers to create more impact and income. 🤌 I realised that what is provided is farrrrr more than speaker coaching (although yes this rocks) and I miss out on more of what I love and what is immensely powerful for others by not leaning into a bigger umbrella than 'Speaker Coach' - (although this will ALWAYS be a key pillar) 🔥 The lightning bolt came though at 6:30pm and 6 hours later I was still taking notes, chatting with..... well, chat 🤣 creating a gazillion spider webs, refining a load of impact statement's, enjoying the coloured pens 😜 and understanding what this next move and evolution of my business looks like and means for clients and participants!!!! There's a few spaces I would like to share this in tomorrow first to honour current clients and members around the changes and then - its's galloping in with fiiiirrreeee 🤣 If you are RISING into your leadership and voice this year and want to take decisive action, watch this space. 🦅 If you are not so fussed, high five and see you round 😜 How do you move through shifts and level ups? I can honestly say over the last couple of weeks I have felt the horse coming, have felt the energy changing and felt a shift. I would call it a massive lighting bolt moment, rather I would call it a moment of clarity on a cloudy day where the sun shines through so bright and warm. For me it is similar to Cindi, it is now time to let go and to get moving. No one has been holding me back except for me and the clarity was a statement I said out loud at the firewalk yesterday. "I decide and it ends now!"

Helllloooooo amazing ladies, exciting news today!! The classroom is open!!! 💖 Thank you for your feedback and shares, there will be regular videos uploaded to support you in these different areas and truly support where you are at with speaking. Through the comments and some deeper conversations with you, I have kicked off with the 'Confidence Switch' - ESPECIALLY when we are getting started, but even as we become experienced, this is always an area to continuously work on and I always say before we even consider our external communication and speaking from the stage..... HOW ARE WE SPEAKING TO OUR SELVES? Check it out, keep an eye out form ore videos coming and HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND! 🔥

Focus and Topic
What are some ways that you narrow down your initial focus. I have three areas that are calling to (Leadership, Transformation and Play). It really feels like I need to focus on one right now and move it forward before considering any others.

@Cindi Frechette Thank you Cindi, that is a great way to think about it and I can align with those thoughts as that is exactly where I am a bit stuck. All three are a manifestation from the same core. While I can recognize that, it feels like the answer is just outside of my vision. Today thought, I will make a start working on a Ven diagram to see if that helps me to unlock it!

WHY SPEAKING?
Okaaaaaay amazing Warriors - I am curious and this will support your growth! Why speaking? What is drawing you to speak up more and why is this important for you and potential clients? What do you visualise your speaker path as? (Do you want to run live events, only online, start a podcast, run an annual retreat, start a you tube channel, deliver online programmes - etc) Why would this be awesome (again for YOU and your clients)? LETS CONNECT IN! When we have emotional connection to what we are doing, we are much more likely to keep taking action, EVEN when its a bit scary 😜 PLUS - Again - If I know what you want to do - I can deliver even more relevant content! Why speaking - I love the connection with other people, painting the story with words, movement and tonality. Creating an environment where that one person in an audience who needs to hear those words, opens a new door and embarks on a new path. What is drawing you to speak up more and why is this important for you and potential clients - I have spoken at many conferences and to groups from 20 to 200 and yet, I have not truly developed a brand for it. I've just started talking and flowing. I know I have a lot to offer that will help people. I do feel lost and fraudulent though because I am not sure what is my message and what is something I read or heard someplace else. Which then leads to why should anyone listen to me. What do you visualise your speaker path as - ALL of it! I have two key themes or areas that I want to focus on. 1 - Firewalking Events and Retreats (one of which will be a Men Only Retreat) and 2 - Playworks, because Play...Works to reconnect adults to the concepts of Play to manifest their hopes and dreams into reality. Why would this be awesome (again for YOU and your clients) - For me it is about giving back based on all I have learnt and received. It would also be about inspiring my children and grandchildren, legacy. For my clients to see someone who has gone through it all and know that they too can go through it all and live the life they want rather than the life society has chosen for them.
