Tuesday — Cold Shower or Cold Plunge if you have one Take a cold shower for at least 60 seconds.Train your mind to stay calm in discomfort. Wednesday — No Complaining Go the entire day without complaining. Catch yourself. Reset. Lead better. Thursday — 60 Minutes of Movement Walk, lift, run, stretch, bike. Move your body even if you don’t feel like it. Friday — No Doom scrolling on Social Media all day. Disconnect from distractions. Reconnect with God, family, and purpose. Saturday — Encourage 3 People Text, call, or message 3 people. Speak life into someone else. Sunday — Prayer & ReflectionSpend 30 minutes with Jesus. No rushing. No phone.Pray. Reflect. Reset. Post in the community each day when you complete it. Discipline is built one decision at a time. Let’s see who’s really serious about growth. Go out and lead… and be great.

This week’s goal is simple:Build momentum. Most people fail because they try to change their whole life overnight. This community is about small wins that become life-changing habits. Your challenge this week: ✅ Walk 1 mile a day ✅ Drink more water ✅ Read 10 pages a day ✅ Pray for 5 minutes daily ✅ Get 7+ hours of sleep ✅ Do 25 pushups a day (modify if needed) ✅ No energy drinks/soda for 7 days ✅ No quitting halfway through the week You do NOT need to be perfect.
