Tuesday — Cold Shower or Cold Plunge if you have one Take a cold shower for at least 60 seconds.Train your mind to stay calm in discomfort.
Wednesday — No Complaining Go the entire day without complaining. Catch yourself. Reset. Lead better.
Thursday — 60 Minutes of Movement Walk, lift, run, stretch, bike. Move your body even if you don’t feel like it.
Friday — No Doom scrolling on Social Media all day. Disconnect from distractions. Reconnect with God, family, and purpose.
Saturday — Encourage 3 People Text, call, or message 3 people. Speak life into someone else.
Sunday — Prayer & ReflectionSpend 30 minutes with Jesus. No rushing. No phone.Pray. Reflect. Reset.
Post in the community each day when you complete it. Discipline is built one decision at a time.
